Manhattan: 42nd Street (West) - 9th Avenue

West 42nd Street, north side, west from Ninth Ave., to the North (Hudson) River. The large loft building shown is at the head of Dyer Ave., a new thoroughfare cutthrough the blocks between Ninth and Tenth Aves., 34th to 42nd Streets, and forms an entrance to the new Lincoln Tunnel.
