Manhattan: Wall Street - William Street

(1) Wall Street, west from William Street to Broadway and showing Trinity Church at that point. Note the changed aspects of this thoroughfare from an earlier view of 1890. (q.v.); buildings mentioned there in being here apparent. The prominent structure occupying the N.W. corner of Wall and Nassau Streets is the Gillenden Building which in 1911 will make way for the present (1938) Bankers Trust Company Building. June 1, 1904.
