Manhattan: Park Avenue - 72nd Street

760 Park Avenue, at N.W. corner of Third Street, nearing completion. It replaces two small 4-story houses facing on 72nd Street. At N.W.corner of 72nd Street we have a glimpse of Sunnyside, which will be demolished in September, 1929. Notice old fashioned stop-and-go signal in the center of the intersection. March, 18, 1921.
