Manhattan: West Street - Leroy Street

(1) West Street, east side, from opposite Pier 36, North River, to Leroy Street, opposite Pier 41. The buildings being demolished at the right are on the north side of Charlton Street, which is to be closed west of Washington Street. November 8, 1930. P. L. Sperr.
