Richmond: St. Marks Place - Hyatt Street

325 St. Marks Place, at the north-east corner of Hyatt Street, showing the J.C. Thompson House (1874). It later became known as the "Bella Vista" and was the home of Fred Tiedemann (1898) and, later (1907), that of Richard Agar. It was also the property of F. Ducasse (1917). P.L. Sperr states that it was the home of Wm. T. Davis in 1881, when the Natural Science Association of Staten Island was started here. Date owners' names appear. 1881 Copy by Wm. T.
