Sutphin Boulevard, west side, between 125th Avenue and Rockaway Boulevard, showing the M. I. Duryea house from 1860 to 1873. J. V. Duryea and John Duryea were the owners in 1890 and 1896 respectively. A. D. Miller, a florist, owned it in 1931. In 1934 Fred Manz and Sons occupied it. View 1: Eugene L.
