Jamaica Avenue, at the S.E. corner of 212th Street, showing Starrs Hotel, formerly the "Fulton and First." The last name was derived from the fact that Jamaica Avenue was known as Fulton Avenue and 212th Street as First Avenue. P.L. Sperr March 4, 1927
