Queens: 35th Avenue - Farrington Street
35th Avenue, at (right), and adjoining the N. W. corner of Farrington Street. On the left, adjoining the corner, is Flushing Lodge 1468, Loyal Order of Moose. The corner mansion was known as "The Inn" in 1929. The two buildings comprised the Kyle Institute in 1909. The mansion was owned by G. Hicks in 1891. P. L. Sperr April 8, 1927
