(1) 326 Clarkson Ave., south side, between Nostrand and New York Aves., showing the former Charles E. Koch home. Mr. Koch who was from Rutherford, N. J., was a florist, and occupied this house from 1893 to 1921. The house was in 1922, owned by Latorre and Napolitano.
