3038 Emmons Avenue, south side, between Haring Street and Nostrand Avenue, showing an old frame house, occupied by one of Sheepshead Bay's boat builders. In views 2 and 3 the wing of the house can be seen touching the sidewalk; it is the result of the avenue having been widened as part of the city's Belt Parkway system.
