Manhattan: Nassau Street - Frankfort Street

170 Nassau Street, at the S.E. corner of Frankfort Street. (Park Row and Nassau Street, intersect at this point.) This building was the original headquarters of Tammany Hall, which moved from here to East 14th Street, in 1867, and later to the east side of Union Square. Charles A Dana edited the New York Sun while it occupied this building. About 1900. Wurts Brothers.
