Queens: Jamaica Avenue - 75th Street

Jamaica Ave., north side, opposite 75th Street (formerly Eads Ave.), showing Denter Park Hotel; which is east of the Truants Home that stands on the site of the former J. I. Snediker hotel. Owners of the Denter Park Hotel were H. Woodruff, 1860; J. Hillegar, 1891; one Lypack, 1896; and also one Hasenflug. Hiram Woodruff's first roadhouse was on Stony Road at the north side of Jamaica Ave., where Jewish Cemetery is now. This is a set of three views.
