Brooklyn: Middagh Street - Hicks Street

74 Middagh Street, south side, west of Henry Street. This building housed Engine Co. No. 3, until 1869, when the volunteer fire-corp was replaced by a municipally paid system. It was subsequently converted into a 4-story family house. In 1875, it was purchased by Jacob Ring who converted the first floor into a store; it was demolished before 1929. 1922. Eugene L.
