Manhattan: 44th Street (West) - 10th Avenue

459, 461, 463, 465 West 44th Street, adjoining and at the N. E. corner of Tenth Avenue. No. 461 is the West Side Methodist Episcopal Church, recently reopened under that name; prior to 1920 it was Jane's Methodist Episcopal Church. No. 465, the corner house, will be demolished before 1930. Later (about 1932) the church and No. 463 will be demolished and replaced by a new 6-story building. May 20, 1927. P. L. Sperr.
