Van Sinderen Ave., at the S.W. corner of Fulton Street, showing the Manhattan Hotel. Also seen is the Fulton Street Elevated Line of the B.M.T. In 1873 this hotel known as the Metropolitan, was owned by Robert Smith. This hotel was demolished in 1924, and a 2-story building was erected by the Western Electric Co. 1922. Eugene L.
