Manhattan: 13th Avenue - 28th Street (West)

13th Avenue, east side, north from W. 28th Street, showing fenced areas above and below 29th Street. The latter is to be developed into a truck loading station for the Erie Railroad. The John T. Stanley structure is at the S. E. corner of 30th Street; a point where this thoroughfare changes its identity to 12th Avenue.
