Richmond: Manor Road - Sturges Street

466 Manor Road, west side, at the head of Sturges Street. This house belonged to A. W. Goodell (1874 map), G. Brehme (1898 map), Agatha Brehme (1907), and Joseph Rovengo (1917 map). The Brehmes called the mansion the "Spruce Grove". May 4, 1932 P. L. Sperr
