George Washington Bridge: A set of 2 views southwestward from Dr. Chas. V. Paterno's estate on the east bank of the North (Hudson) River, showing this span connecting Manhattan with Jersey thru a ribbon of steel. The castellated structure at the left is the home of the aforementioned individual and is at this time being razed to provide an apartment site. For views see Cabrini Blvd. August 23, 1938.
