Queens: 13th Avenue - 34th Street

(1) Thirtieth Ave., north side, west from 34th Street to Newtown Ave., showing in the center of the view the Francis Brill homestead which was still standing in 1928. This property was acquired by him from the Lawrence family in 1848 and contained some seventy-six acres. One of the descendants was still an occupant of this house in 1913.
