Brooklyn: Flatbush Avenue - Avenue J

(1) 1754 Flatbush Ave., west side, at the intersection of Ave. J. and East 35th Street. This house was on the Stoothof Farm, built by that family. It was occupied by Richard Coe in 1860, by V. K. Stephenson in 1873 and by the Amersfort Nursery in 1922, when it was owned by John B. Lott. Since 1922, this house has been moved, though its present location is unknown. 1922. Eugene L.
