(1) 31-15 Christopher Street, at, adjoining, and east of the N.E. corner of Waverly Place (formerly Factory Street). 31-27, the corner building, which was built around 1913 as the Switzer Institute and Home, replacing three old frame houses, is now St. Joseph's Parochial High School.
