Bement Ave., east side, south from Richmond Terrace to Howard Court. The 3-story brick house in the foreground, adjoining the S.E. corner of the two thoroughfares, was formerly the O.D. Jewett residence (1874 map) and later the Barrett home. July 5, 1932. P. L. Sperr.
