Delancey Street, north side, east from but not including Columbia, to, and including Cannon Streets. The corner structure adjacent to the frame building is to be demolished by the New York City Housing Authority, according to the New York Sun of September 12, 1938. This building bears No's. 282 Delancey Street and 47 Cannon Street.
