Manhattan: Park Row - Frankfort Street

(1) Park ROW, north from Frankfort Street, to the Brooklyn Bridge. The view shows the Brooklyn Bridge Extension of the Second and Third Avenue Elevated, over Park Row, to City Hall Park.
