Manhattan: 28th Street (West) - 9th Avenue

W. 28th Street, north side, west from 9th to 10th Avenues, showing several private dwellings, a Public Bath and a factory facing the lower portion of Chelsea Park. In the latter appears a portion of P.S. No. 33. Note the 9th Avenue "El" structure overhead. View No.2 is northeastward to show the several small buildings forming the N.W. corner and the Empire State Building across their roofs. At the right are tenements at the N.E. corner. The two set back buildings at the left bear No's 403 and 405 W. 28th Street.
