Bronx: Lillian Place - Boston Road
Lillian Place, west side, north from Boston Road, to and including East Tremont Ave. The 6-story apartment house at the S.W. corner of East Tremont Ave. bears No. 1006 on the latter. Lillian Place, a 1-block street running north and south from Boston Road to East Tremont Ave., between Boston Road and Bryant Ave., appears on G.W. Bromley's map of 1924 as revised to September 1932, but does not appear on the zoning map of 1937 issued by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment of the City of New York. July 23, 1928. P. L.
