65 W. 39th Street, at the N. E. corner of Sixth Avenue, (general view northeastward). Two views across the eastern end of Bryant Park and the rear of the New York Public Library towards the Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street intersection. To the left, on the latter thoroughfare is, a low building occupied by the Stern Brothers Department Store, the 18 story Aeolian Building and the mammoth Salmon Tower Building.
