Mill Street, east from Henry to Clinton Streets. This and surrounding areas are to be demolished. The Red Hook Housing Project has taken over the area to erect low rent multiple dwellings thereby slowly removing the slum areas of Greater New York. June 9, 1938. P. L. Sperr
