Cranford Ave. (running from center to left), west from Mundy Lane (foreground) to Seton Ave. The S.W. corner seen in the extreme left foreground is in Bronx Borough. The frame house at the N.W. corner and the white frame structure west of it are in the town of Mt. Vernon, Westchester County and bear No. 232 South Eleventh Ave. South Eleventh Ave. is a continuation of Mundy Lane. May 24, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
