3807 to 3811 Third Ave., north of the N.W. corner of East 171st Street, showing the Bathgate House. The G.W. Bromley map of 1924 as revised to September 1932 shows the site to be occupied by two 5-story and one 1-story brick buildings. 1898. Gift of Randall Comfort.
