Bronx: Fort Schuyler - U.S. Army Reservation - Third Quandrangle.

Fort Schuyler United States Army Reservation: W.P.A. workmen are seen working on top of the northeast wall of the fort's third quadrangle. This is part of general improvement activities being conducted under the sponsorship of the State of New York to whom the reservation was leased by the War Department for nautical educational purposes by an act of Congress.
