Bronx: Boston Road - 173rd Street

Boston Road (extreme left), north from but not including Suburban Place, showing the thoroughfare making a sharp bend at East 173rd Street. The 5-story building, on the extreme right, is at the N.F. corner of Seabury Place and East 172nd Street, and to its left appear the rears of four buildings facing on the west side of Minford Place, between East 172nd and East 173rd Streets, bearing Nos. 1547 to 1555. The frame dwellings on the west side of Boston Road from Suburban Place to East 173rd Street, were later razed and on their site now (1938) stands Public School No. 98. Brown Brothers. About 1915.
