Queens: 109th Avenue - 130th Street

One Hundred Ninth Ave., south side, in line of 130th and 131st Streets, showing the W. Jellinghaus house of 1860; also the Ditmars Van Siclen farmhouse. His estate of fifty acres was sold by his executors on February 1925 for $350,000. The outbuildings are in the line of 131st Street. This is a set of three views. 1922. Eugene L.
