West Burnside Ave. (tracks thereon), south side, west from University Ave., to Andrews Ave. South, showing apartment houses under construction. The building on the right is No. 116, at the S.E. corner of Andrews Ave.; a 6-story building when completed. The 6-story house on the left is No. 1895 University Ave. Directly preceding the latter house is another one under construction. This property is part of the area formerly known as Berkeley Oval. About 1925.
