An ice and coal vender at 1549 Park Avenue. His sign is in English and Spanish. P. L. Sperr (2) A similar venture in the same block-front. In this instance the location is No. 1539 Park Avenue. Both of these addresses are on the east side of that thoroughfare, between East 111th and 112th Street's. As quite obvious their clientele is of Spanish origin. P. L. Sperr
