25 South Street (Seaman's Church Institute), at the N. W. corner of Coenties Slip, (panoramic view northward). A set of three views forming a panorama of Wall Street financial structures. From left to right these are, the International Telephone Co., the Continental Bank and Trust Co., the Irving Trust Co., the Equitable Trust Co., the City Bank Farmers Trust Co., the Bank of New York, the Wall and Hanover, and the Sixty Wall Tower Buildings. The first of these are on Broad Street (exclusive of the Irving Trust Co., Building), the balance on Wall Street. Erected between 1929-1931 they form the nucleus and theme of this district. In the foreground are low structures, fronting on Front, Water and Pearl Streets. The latter thoroughfare is the dividing line between the two different types of buildings shown.
