Manhattan: 21st Street - Lexington Avenue

21st Street west from No.117, adjoining the N.E. corner of Lexington Avenue, to Fourth Avenue. The Hotel Gramercy Park, a portion of which is seen in this picture, is on the N.W. corner of Lexington Avenue and 21st Street. The houses at 107-109 East 21st Street are being demolished to permit the erection of a 16-story apartment house. October 12, 1929 P.L. Sperr.
