Butternut Street (on which 4-story building faces), at the N.E. corner of East 164th Street, showing a 4-story red brick building occupying that site, the brick wall of which extends east to Grand Concourse. The street appears in G.W. Bromley's map of 1923 as revised to September 1932, and ran north from East 164th to East 165th Streets, between Grand Concourse and Walton Ave. It is no longer in existence in 1937 according to the zoning maps of the same year issued by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment of the City of New York.
