Jay Place, north side, between Ferris and Brush Avenues, showing the W. E. Warring House. Beers' Westchester County map of 1868 shows the house to have belonged to the above family. In 1900 (Bromley map) it belonged to Werner, and in 1913 to Anthony Wenner. For contemporary site see Bromley's map of 1927. About 1913. Gift of Joseph P. Day
