Metcalf Ave. (foreground, extending from left to right -- dirt road), at (left), and adjoining the S.E. corner of Eastern Boulevard. The frame triangular structure (left), at the corner, bears No. 1660 on the latter thoroughfare. The white frame house in the center bears No. 953 Ftley Ave.; and the old stone house, on its right stands in the middle of the latter street. On the extreme right are Nos. 943 to 939 Ftley Ave., at the head of Banyer Place. The view is eastward from the west side of Metcalf Ave. July 30, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
