University Avenue, west side just south of B ̶e̶r̶n̶s̶i̶d̶e̶ Avenue, showing the entrance to Embrook, according to Mr. Chrystie, the photographer. Embrook was the home of Mrs. Ludlow Dadwood, and was later the clubhouse of Berkeley Oval. This estate was owned by T. C. Eastman, according to an 1888 atlas and was Berkeley Oval in 1900(Bromley atlas).
