(1) 150 Amersfort Place, north from Germania Place to Glenwood Road, showing the George Van Nuyse farmhouse; which was erected by him in 1827. It was renovated in 1925. Other occupants or owners were J.H. Van Brunt (1860-1873); J.C. Ryder (1873); and Andrew Ditmars. 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
