(1) 108 Powers Street, south side, between Leonard Street and Manhattan Ave., showing a mosque housing the Democratic Club of the 13 A.D. in 1929, in 1937 it belonged to the American Mohammedan Society. A story, pertinent to this, the only mosque in New York City, was carried in the Herald Tribune of September 5, 1937. October 12, 1937. P. L. Sperr. (2) The same, more extensive. October 12, 1937. P.
