Sea Breeze Ave., north side, between West 1st Street and Ocean Parkway, showing the "Concourse Hotel", which was subsequently known as the "Ricado ma", and later 1916 the "Hotel Shelbourne". It was razed in 1928. About 1900. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
