(2) A portion of the same, showing the area north from East 98th (right) to 100th (extreme left) Streets. The 98th to 99th Streets block, is occupied by a storage yard (N.E. corner of East 98th Street) and a used car lot (S.E. corner of 99th Street). Beyond same, appears P.S. No. 99, extending to 100th Street, with a playground utilizing the First Ave. frontage. Tenements appearing on the extreme left, are on the north side of East 100th Street, east of First Ave. March 29, 1937. P. L. Sperr.
