Note in the right background, the East River, the Consolidated Edison Company plant, and St. Gabriels Church, school and park. To the left top is the News Building and Tudor City. In the foreground at that side is the old P.E. Epiphany Church (demolished Summer 1938) and the Packard Business School at Lexington Avenue and 35th Street.
