Tenth Avenue, west side, south from W. 36th to 35th Streets, showing the former Bethany Congregationalist Church in the middle of this block. It is now being used by the W.P.A. as a theatre work shop after recent abandonment. This structure bears No. 455-9 Tenth Avenue and the tenements at the corner (N.W. of 35th Street) No's. 451 and 453. View 2 shows an earlier view of the same subjects. February 10, 1938.
