No. 1 East 63rd Street, adjoining the N.E. corner of Fifth Avenue, showing a 4 story brownstone residence. To the right is a similar structure, No. 3, which is the property of Grace Wilson. The 12 story apartment house on the left is No. 820 - Fifth Avenue and is of particular interest because of its 18 room suites. Occupants here in December 1937, included Alfred P. Sloan, Alfred E. Smith, Mrs. Pierre Lorillard and Mrs. John Willys, according to Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., agents for the Matchette Realty Corporation, Owner8. About 1933
