Seventh Ave. South, west side, north from West 10th (left) to Charles (right) Streets, showing a gasoline service station at the N.W. corner of the first point mentioned. It occupies sites that would be numbered 130-138. According to the New York Times of November 24, 1937, the Texas Company, owners of this property, will improve same with a 1-story business structure. The photographers vantage point for this set of two views is No. 45 Christopher Street. March 6, 1933. P. L. Sperr.
