An old frame house, 144 Audubon Avenue, west side, between 172nd and 173rd Streets. 1932. J. Clarence Davies Collection, Museum of the City of New York. At the present time (February 1939) plans have been made for the future demolition of this and the adjacent structure, 142 Audubon Avenue.
